Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Adolphe founded Delphi Nexora on a simple observation: the hardest problems in Rwanda and across East Africa are not single-discipline problems. Air quality is a sensor problem and a satellite problem and a policy problem at once. Farming is hardware, weather data and economics at once.
He holds a Master of Engineering from Beihang University (BUAA) in Beijing, where his research fuses multispectral satellite imagery, low-cost ground sensors and large language models into decision support for air quality — and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Rwanda.
Before founding the company he spent a decade shipping production software, from a video streaming platform he has run since 2018 to WebGIS applications, e-commerce systems and IoT deployments, most recently as a software engineer in Hangzhou, China.
You cannot connect the dots looking forward. You can only build a company that is ready when they connect.

Documentation, training and source code are yours. We stay on for hosting and maintenance because you want us to, not because you are locked in.
